# Norda Travel > Automated flight monitoring. Give us a flight number, a date and an email - we watch the > inbound aircraft, both airports, the weather at each end and the roads to the airport, > and write only when something needs attention. Trips booked at book.nordatravel.com are > watched from ticket to touchdown automatically. ## Watching tiers - Free Watch ($0, any flight): active checking from 12 hours before departure until wheels-down; alert emails only when risk rises, plus a wheels-down note on landing. - Priority Watch: the whole journey watched from creation (catches schedule changes weeks ahead), checked four times as often, with an all-clear before departure and a wheels-up confirmation. $9 once per flight, or free with every ticket booked at https://book.nordatravel.com. - Data sources: NOAA aviation weather forecasts (TAFs), the FAA's live airspace status feed (US ground stops, closures, delay programs), EUROCONTROL European network status (access in progress), Google Maps live traffic, and licensed aviation data feeds for flights, aircraft and airport performance. Unavailable sources are reported as unknown, never as all-clear. - Refunds: the $9 is unconditionally refundable within 30 days of purchase, for any reason or none - even after the flight. Email support@nordatravel.com from the paying address. Details: https://nordatravel.com/refund ## For AI agents: MCP server Norda exposes a Model Context Protocol server at https://nordatravel.com/mcp (streamable HTTP, stateless, no authentication). Example client setup: claude mcp add --transport http norda https://nordatravel.com/mcp Tools and the three delivery modes: - create_watch(flight, date, email): email mode. Sends a confirmation email first; monitoring starts only after the email owner clicks the link (double opt-in). Alerts go to that inbox. Always tell the traveler to check their email. - create_agent_watch(flight, date[, webhook_url]): agent mode, no email involved, active immediately. Returns a status_token. - Polling mode: call get_watch_status(status_token) for live risk state. Poll at least once a day (unpolled watches expire after 24h) and at most a few times per hour. - Webhook mode: pass an https webhook_url; we POST alert JSON to it. At registration your endpoint must echo back the verification challenge we send ({"type":"norda.verify","challenge":"..."}) with a 2xx response. - get_watch_status(status_token): flight status, risk tier (0 normal / 1 elevated / 2 high), data staleness and scheduled departure. - get_service_info(): tier explainer, no side effects. Fair use: watch creation is rate limited per client and globally; webhook deliveries are capped per watch and never retried. A "stale" flag means data is currently unavailable - treat it as unknown, never as all-clear. ## Pages - [Home](https://nordatravel.com/): what we run, how it works, FAQ - [Pricing](https://nordatravel.com/pricing): Free Watch $0 / Priority Watch $9 once per flight - [Status](https://nordatravel.com/status): live readings from the monitoring engine - [About](https://nordatravel.com/about): what we promise and what we refuse to claim - [For AI agents](https://nordatravel.com/agents): MCP setup, tools, delivery modes, webhook contract - [Book flights](https://book.nordatravel.com): flight search and booking; every ticket includes Priority Watch - [Refund policy](https://nordatravel.com/refund) - [Privacy policy](https://nordatravel.com/privacy) - [Terms of service](https://nordatravel.com/terms) ## Contact - support@nordatravel.com - a human reads it.
